My aim is to support women holistically through the rewarding yet challenging life stages of Pregnancy and Postpartum, Raising Infants and Young Children, through the changes experienced in Perimenopause and into the second half of life.
“Proper nutrition during pregnancy can reduce the risk of complications like gestational diabetes and preterm birth by up to 50%, while promoting optimal fetal development.”
My holistic approach to pregnancy and postpartum nutrition emphasises whole foods, balance, and individualised care. The focus is on nourishing the body with essential nutrients required in pregnancy, supporting maternal hormonal and emotional health, and addressing specific needs for both mother and baby. My emphasis is always on organic, nutrient-dense foods, herbal support, and mindful habits and choices that work with your lifestyle.
“Children who receive regular, holistic care—including proper nutrition… are 40% more likely to experience healthy growth and development, with improved cognitive and immune function.”
My naturopathic approach to early childhood and family health emphasises prevention, nutrition, and mind-body balance. It incorporates natural therapies, such as gentle herbal remedies, mindful practices such as breath work and EFT, and lifestyle adjustments to support physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Focus is placed on fostering long-term health through personalised strategies for your family.
“Women who adopt a holistic approach to perimenopause, including dietary changes, exercise, and stress management, report a 30-50% reduction in symptoms like hot flashes, mood swings, and sleep disturbances.”
My holistic approach to managing the changes of perimenopause focuses on balancing hormones through diet, herbal medicine, and lifestyle modifications. I emphasise stress reduction, regular exercise, and sleep support, while addressing common symptoms like hot flashes, mood swings, and fatigue. The goal is to promote emotional well-being, energy, and understanding the physical changes at play for you during this transitional phase.

My journey into naturopathy began in 2018 with an epiphany about the things that matter, after spending years immersed in various parts of Asia working in the community development sector. Ironically, it was undergoing digestive and gut health issues in an Eastern country that I uncovered the healing power of ancient traditions like Western herbal medicine and breath work, as well as the concept of food as medicine.
Now, a mother of two children, I’ve dedicated nearly a decade to studying health sciences, including nutrition, biochemistry, herbal medicine, and mindfulness practices. The harmonious blend of medical research, advanced phytotherapy, and timeless wisdom fills me with excitement!
Ten years of journeying with my own family’s health, along with two natural home births and a 2.5 year breastfeeding journey, gives me the empathy and experience to help you and your family. My background in psychology also gives me an edge and passion for mental health.
I’m here to gently guide you back to feeling your best naturally. Please feel welcome to reach out by filling in the contact form—I’m eager to support you on your journey to vibrant well-being.
