Occasionally we also need to share your personal information to involve others in your healthcare and this policy outlines when, how, and why we share your information.

Data storage

Information collected by the practice while you are accessing our services, including via our website, will be kept in a personal digital file. Files are stored in a secure location within the premises. Payment details provided over the phone are not stored.

The practice will only use the personal information collected for the purposes for which it was collected, or other purposes that are agreed to between the practice and the client. Additional purposes may be required to comply with legislation such as practice audits or accreditation purposes. If this is the case, the practice will communicate to the client that this has occurred.

If you require a record of your health data the practice may charge an administrative fee.
